**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and support tools.
- Patience and a customer-centric attitude.
