**About The Role**:
Reporting to the Commercial Systems Optimisation Manager, you will be accountable for the management of and administration of supplier/customer rebate structures. Making sure claims are made in time and queries resolved with customer/suppliers.

You will have strong skills such as high level organizational, administrative, excellent communication and strong analytical skills. The role will act as the strategic link between our Sales, Procurement, Commercial and Finance colleagues, building strong collaborative relationships to ensure all rebates are entered into the platform correctly.

**Accountabilities**:

- Support the implementation and movement of legacy rebate platform to cloud based solution.
- Administer and update the rebate platform for supplier and customer rebate/pricing agreements.
- Interrogate rebate platform and reporting systems to obtain data for reporting and analysis to resolve customer/supplier queries.
- Investigation into customer and supplier rebates and resolving in time.
- Providing support to internal teams to resolve queries in relation to customers and suppliers.
- Review Performance of customer/supplier reviews and tasks as instructed by Commercial Systems Optimisation

**About You**:

- Professional attitude and ability to show initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills due to high interaction with managers and staff at all levels.
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail.
- High level of data entry accuracy.
- Organised and able to work to strict timetabled deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including but not limited too Excel and Word.
- Able to deal with ambiguity & able to reprioritize quickly when the goal posts are changed.
- Stakeholder management and team player.
