**Administration Specialist**

**Role Overview**

The Central Administration Team is at the heart of Colt DCS, playing a crucial role in delivering seamless operational support to every facet of our company. With a focus on efficient coordination and execution of administrative tasks, this team is pivotal in streamlining processes and providing comprehensive assistance, predominantly to our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). By doing so, they contribute significantly to enhancing the overall effectiveness and productivity of the company.

This role will be based at our Shoreditch HQ. We operate a flexible working pattern, which typically consists of 2 days per week in the office and 3 working from home. There will need to be flexibility around days coming in to the office so this can align with supporting our company All Hands events, external client meetings and other ad-hoc events/meetings as required.

**The Team**

You will work closely with key stakeholders across our company, in particular supporting our ELT and SLT. We are looking to hire 4x professionals to build this team who will support all our functions: Real Estate, Operations, Sales and Marketing, Corporate Development, People & Culture, Finance and Legal.

**Outcomes**

Operational Efficiency: Drive efficiency by organising and coordinating travel arrangements, managing purchase orders (POs), and proactively addressing supplier-related matters.

Event Support: Provide assistance in planning and executing events, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact, collaborating with the different functions to meet their administrative needs.

**Role Specific Requirements**

Experience in a corporate administrative role is essential.

Excellent communication skills both written & verbal in English language is essential (French, German or Japanese is advantageous).

High level of attention to detail.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively and resourcefully.

Flexible can-do attitude.

Previous experience in the Data Centre Industry is preferable, but not essential.
