A highly prestigious and globally recognised client of ours is looking for a Team Administrator to join their Prime Central London Estate Agency. The role of the Team Administrator will be to support the Sales and Lettings teams with day-to-day administrationtasks but also provide some front of house support.
Key Responsibilities:

- Providing key administrative support to the residential sales and lettings teams
- Register new applicants on behalf of the team and record their information on the database
- Ensure new sales and lettings deals are recorded and uploaded on the system
- Generate and distribute sales memorandums and other supporting documentation
- Manage new and existing buyer and seller due diligence checks
- Distribute price lists and other property/development information to the relevant parties
- Oversee property marketing on internal systems, property portals, and ordering brochures
- Coordinate meetings for the team and support with diary management
- Regularly take stock and order new office supplies
- Ensure all office documents are filed accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide general office support as needed
**Requirements**:

- Previous administration experience
- Strong customer service background
- Strong IT skills
- Sales Force experience would be good to have
- The ability to work as and support a team
- The ability to work in a fast paced and growing environment
- Great attention to detail
- Highly organised
