A fantastic role where you safeguard sensitive data and ensure our company thrives under rigorous standards. As Compliance Officer at SFG20, you'll be the architect of our compliance strategy, leading the charge towards achieving and maintaining ISO 27001 & ISO 9001 certifications and GDPR adherence across all departments.

**You'll** **be the go-to resource for all compliance-related matters within the company, fielding questions from clients, employees, and regulators.** Through these interactions, you will become a trusted advisor, reinforcing our commitment to the highest compliance standards.

**Your **expertise will be instrumental in**:

- Partnering with external auditors to navigate certifications.
- Guiding product development towards fostering client compliance and secure data practices.
- Collaborating with department heads to seamlessly integrate compliance measures into daily operations.
- Proactively managing risks and spearheading corrective actions when needed.
- Staying abreast of evolving regulations and updating protocols to maintain compliance.

**Essential Experience**:

- **Education & Experience**: 3+ years of compliance experience in a regulated environment. A proven track record in achieving ISO/GDPR compliance is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in quality management and information security tools. Experience developing compliance programs and training materials is a plus.
- **Compliance Expertise**: Demonstrate strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, and data protection (GDPR) with demonstrable experience of conducting internal audits for ISO9001 & ISO 27001.
- **Communication & Problem-Solving**: Possess excellent communication and analytical skills to educate stakeholders and C-suite to aid solve compliance challenges.

**Desirable**
- Hold a degree in a relevant field (Law, Business, Finance)
- **Certifications**: CIPP/E, CIPM, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP, PRINCE2 (demonstrate expertise in compliance and project management).
- Active membership in professional bodies such as the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) or the Institute of Risk Management (IRM).
- **Technical Skills**: Experience with CRM, data management systems, and project management (highlights relevant technical skills).
