Job Title: Compliance Officer

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at Atlas Professionals in Newcastle. This is a full-time role with a salary of approximately £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.

Job Description:
As a Compliance Officer, you will lead and manage compliance activities across various business units, ensuring that all operations are in line with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading audits to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintaining and updating knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement effective compliance strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., law, business, or environmental science).
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
