- **Salary: £28,760-£29,280 per annum (This includes 6 sleeps per month, sleeps are paid at £60 per sleep) - Full Time, Permanent Role in ASHINGTON**_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Provide support for the children and young people in the home and promote their independence and well-being.
- Appropriately handling challenging behaviours when needed.
- Protect children and young people from risks to their health and welfare.
- Maintain accurate records of the children’s progress and report any concerns to the management team.
- Supporting young people with social and physical activities.
- Booking and accompanying young people to appointments.
- Preparing nutritious meals.
- Monitoring individuals to ensure they are safe and well.
- **Requirements**:_
- **A full clean UK driving licence* (ESSENTIAL)**:

- Experience of working with vulnerable children and young people with mental health and complex needs.
- A compassionate, caring and confident nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
