**We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Admin.**

**The Responsibilities**:

- You will play a vital role in supporting our Business Development Manager (BDM) by handling various sales support and office administration tasks.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product range and customer needs
- Prepare quotes for customers and maintain accurate records in the system
- Assist in identifying sales opportunities and building client relationship
- Manage credit control processes and ensure timely payment from clients.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Providing administrative support for meetings, eg, meeting and greeting visitors, arranging meeting rooms keeping common areas clean and tidy.

**Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. The Office Administrator will be expected to perform additional tasks.**

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales administration/ b2b administration
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Positive and flexible approach to work, with a solution-focused mindset.
- Previous knowledge of commercial waste / utilities is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience using any of the following Hubspot CRM, Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho books is preferred.

**Benefits**:

- Hourly rate **£11.44 Per hour.**:

- Maximum 40 hours per week.
- Office hours between 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday (no weekends)
- 21 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
