**About the role**
The HR team at the CitNOW Group are recruiting for a HR Coordinator to support the Group HR & Academy team with a variety of administrative activities including onboarding new hires, reporting and process administration for all functions of the People department.
This role is based at our offices in Wokingham, however we appreciate the importance of a positive work life balance and have a hybrid home and office working model.
**Key responsibilities include**:
**Onboarding**
- Preparing employment contracts and employment offer documentation
- Ensuring all new starter paperwork is sent and completed in advance of their start date
- Onboarding new starters with company benefit providers as required
- Completing incoming and outgoing employee reference requests
**General HR Administration**
- Managing employee personnel records in our HRIS system, responding to all HRIS queries and resolving issues within a timely manner
- Monitoring the HR inbox and fielding queries as required
- Collating HRIS and general HR process documents to ensure continuous improvement and compliant audit trail
- Updating our Global Organisational charts with new starters and hierarchy changes in a timely manner
- Managing the employee variation process end to end
- Managing the leaver process end to end
- Supporting the wider HR & Academy Team as required with adhoc project work
**Academy Support**
- Supporting the onboarding of new starters by administering the set up of CitNOW Group DNA induction sessions, distributing invites and liaising with hosts and attendees
- Supporting the set up of internal training sessions such as the Associate DNA induction, Tetra Mapping, “LeaditNOW” and other internal learning programmes
**Reporting**
- Adhoc HRIS reporting as requested
**We are looking for**:
- An experienced HR Administrator/Coordinator
- Experience in Cascade is highly desirable
- CIPD qualified would be advantageous but not essential
- A strong work ethic, a self-starter with a proactive approach
- Skilled in organising tasks and establishing priorities to meet deadlines with a high attention to detail
- Technical proficiency with Outlook, MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Communication skills: writes clearly and concisely, speaks effectively and listens attentively
- Interpersonal skills: enthusiastic with a can-do attitude, works well with others, supportive, motivates and cooperates with others
- Organisational skills: punctual and attentive, high levels of attention to detail
- Problem Analysis skills: ability to understand the main problem, identify the potential causes and propose solutions
- Teamwork skills: ability to participate and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the information systems throughout the organisation
