**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Responsible for the coordination and administration of HR processes, including recruitment, passport check, on-boarding, training
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, conduct quality audit checks on files and HR systems for data accuracy
- Preparation of employee documents and letters such as offer letters, employee contracts, new starter paperwork, probation, references and addendum to contracts
- Production of HR reports and updates as required
- Respond to HR queries and requests, providing advice and support as required
- Arranging interviews and assisting with recruitment adverts
- Update policies and procedures
- Issuing letters as required
- Assist Payroll Team with data for sickness, absence and payroll changes.
- Taking minutes for employee meetings
- Promote diversity and raise awareness to that topic
- Supporting the EMEA HR Director and EMEA HR Generalist in any projects
- Liaise with external providers including Occupational Health and benefit providers as required
- Input and maintain records in the HR system e.g. employee data entry to HCM worldwide data base and BambooHR EMEA data base.
- Supporting with Event Calendar and Newsletters

- Excellent people/communication skills
- Well organised and effective at prioritising task
- Can do attitude
- Good administrative background with a high level of attention to detail
- Discretion and integrity
- A team player
- Good IT skills with knowledge of Windows (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
- Speaking another European language - Germany will be beneficial
- A relevant HR Degree or Qualification/CIPD or working towards
