We are seeking a highly motivated student to join the global Marketing team of Christie’s Enterprise division in a Marketing Assistant (PPY Placement) position. Our team delivers a wide range of initiatives and assets for a plethora of markets, such as theme parks and attractions, museums, live events, government institutions, corporate spaces and educational facilities. From marketing campaigns and product launches to digital advertising and product lifecycle marketing, our work is varied. Most of what we create and develop is used on Christie’s website, social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo), by our channel partners, and at regional trade shows. We inform and educate our global audience about Christie’s products and solutions with a view to increasing awareness and generating demand.

You’ll support the various members of our team and collaborate with other marketing teams, working with key stakeholders through each step of a project. We are power users of the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams) so your proficiency in any or all of these will be invaluable.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the development of new product marketing materials, market brochures, outbound emails and campaign deliverables
  • Modifying existing marketing materials (datasheets, brochures, sales presentations, white papers, etc.)
  • Updating product content and market webpages (no HTML experience needed)
  • Assisting with EMEA channel marketing activities
  • Project managing various tasks and projects as outlined by regional Manager, EMEA Enterprise Marketing

This role gives you exposure to the full gamut of B2B marketing activities. We’ll give you the opportunity to apply and grow your skills, learn from seasoned marketers from various disciplines, and our team will support you along the way

Qualifications

  • Pursuing Marketing, Business or related program
  • Effective communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Works well in a collaborative environment

Bonus points for:

  • Previous work terms in a marketing environment
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat
