Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to implement the marketing plan and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Take ownership of planning and executing company events, including trade shows and exhibitions, delivering engaging experiences for attendees.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and suppliers to support the seamless execution of marketing activities and initiatives.
  • Support the wider team in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on customer engagement and feedback from events, providing valuable insights to inform future marketing efforts.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials and printed collateral, ensuring consistency with our brand identity and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute email campaigns aimed at nurturing customer relationships and driving conversions.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and events management.
  • Experience with email campaigns and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for marketing and events, with a creative mindset and a willingness to contribute innovative ideas.
