**Job Specification for Accounts Administrator**
- Reconcile customer and supplier invoices in Xero.
- Produce payment runs on Xero and upload to banking system for payment.
- Auditing
- Chasing payments and quotations.
- Sending reminders & overdue/late payment letters from Xero.
- General administrative tasks such as, covering/helping the other support staff with the service planning of engineers diaries, keeping holiday and sickness records and answer calls.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Prepare figures for payroll (Service Engineers hours and overtime).
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Requirements and skills
- Xero experience essential.
- Proven experience as an accounts administrator or similar role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities and not afraid to pick up the phone.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Word software.
