Finance Administration Officer

Job Overview:
We are a vibrant local charity who provide a wide range of community-based activities, supporting adults with learning disabilities and the wider community.
**Duties**:
- Book keeping and account reconciliations, using accounts software and excel, financial forecasts, financial reports and budgets
- Invoicing and managing account balances
- Support HR Administration, scheduling & monitoring
- Maintain office records, systems and documentation
- Manage reception and office activities, deal with enquiries and bookings

- Experience:
- Proven experience working with accounting software
- Strong proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
- Prior experience in community sector
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Pay: £24,375.00 per year
