Grade: Grade 4 (SPC 5 to 6)
Salary: £23,500 Starting salary FTE
Hours: 37hours per week (please get in touch as there may be some flexibility between 30-37hrs)
Location: Marcus House, Parkhall Business Park, Longton, Staffordshire, ST53XA with travel to all Manor Hall schools and some hybrid working.

The Manor Hall Academy Trust are seeking to recruit a Finance and Administration Assistant to join our well-established Finance team.
Reporting to the Finance and Administration Supervisor and Trust Finance Manager, the Finance and Administration Assistant will be part of a team who provide a consistent and supportive financial service to the 15 Academies which are part of the Manor Hall Academy Trust. The Finance Assistant will support the finance function of the Trust and assist with the effective operation of the accounting system, procedures and administration. The post holder will promote the highest standards of business ethos within the finance and administrative function.
We are seeking an individual who has:
- Experience working in a finance environment.
- AAT Level 2 or equivalent qualification or experience in relevant discipline.
- The ability to work on their own initiative and constructively as part of a team.
- A good understanding of school roles and responsibilities is desirable.
- Excellent ICT, organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
