**Admin Assistant - Creative Healthcare Agency**

Due to growth, an exciting new opportunity has arisen within a creative full-service healthcare agency.

This is an amazing opportunity to provide consistent support across all areas of the business. You will be a confident self-starter who will be responsible for supporting all aspects of office management, and the team across different workstreams, includingproviding support to the Managing Director and the operations team.

You will also support their Head of Wellbeing in looking after their staff by coordinating a range of wellness initiatives and supporting with HR.

A calm demeanour coupled with a confident and collaborative personality is key to this crucial role within the agency. You will be the go-to person in the agency for admin and operations support. As such, no two days will look the same, you will need tobe flexible and able to prioritise urgent actions while juggling multiple workstreams under pressure.

You will have at least some previous experience of admin support in a professional setting, ideally with office management or personal assistant experience, and preferably within a communications agency.

You will be tech savvy, confident in using the Microsoft package and scheduling meetings across a range of different platforms including Outlook, Teams and Zoom. You will have GCSEs, including English and Maths.

In summary, the role involves:

- Office management
- Support with travel logistics, including planning itineraries and booking transport for the client services team
- Diary management
- Supplier management
- Arranging staff events
- Congress & event support
- New starter management
- IT support for team, ongoing

- Proactive in managing people, processes, and situations
- Organised with excellent time management and ability to prioritise appropriately and multi-task
- Outward going yet considerate with a high degree of integrity
- Confident using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Confident in scheduling meetings and video calls using Outlook, Teams, and Zoom
- Good standard of English, both verbal and written
- Ability to accurately transcribe messages and record information over the phone or in person
- Good data entry skills, using databases, Excel, and Google Sheets
- A good communicator - keeping Directors informed and sharing relevant updates across the agency in a timely manner
- Show initiative and be helpful and supportive to all
