**Job description**
PA to a Family based in Richmond.
It is a role for a responsible and articulate Personal Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support in a well organised and timely manner. You will work on a variety of tasks related to the life and communication in relation to the Family and their business interests. This will involve working mainly from the MD's Home Office and occasionally you may be required to visit other sites.
The main purpose of the role is:
- To support and assist the Family in all administrative activities, personal and business.
- To be involved in analysing and reporting on special projects.
Personal Assistant Role Specification:
- Strong IT skills including MS office, Excel, Publisher, Website and Social Media.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be well organised, self motivated and willing to learn.
- Monitoring and responding to all communications.
- Can do attitude with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Full driving licence preferred, as may be required to drive between sites.
Full Time hours with some flexibility.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £20.00 per hour
