My client is searching for an experienced Personal Assistant to help within her business, based in Richmond, London. The main goal for a PA is to keep the directors busy schedule and life well organized. This is an enjoyable role, well suited to someone sociable and confident, but can also work well on their own. A highly organised individual, who is reliable, consistent, timely, used to thinking outside the box, as well as skilled with computers/devises and planning.

Job duties include;
- Scheduling internal and external meetings through diary management; building good working relationships with appropriate external PA’s and support staff
- Calendar management
- Helping to produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Ensuring smooth running of meetings and distribution of necessary documents/ presentations
- Submitting expenses
- Welcoming and looking after visitors
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling when appropriate
- Setting up meeting rooms (including presentation equipment, food and beverages), as required
- All domestic and international travel for the directors including organising visas
- Overseeing Bright HR, HR software for managing employee holiday and sickness forms and management of the holiday diary.
- Corresponding with Peninsula in regards to any HR queries.
- Providing HR administration for new starters and leavers.
- Support with the recruitment of new employees.
- Scheduling personal appointments, assisting with recruitment of personal home staff, booking holidays/flights/restaurants
- Organisation of and assistance with personal filing
- Help with organising Bi-annual Charity fundraiser
- Assistance with the management of the Directors personal property portfolio
- Ad hoc personal assistance/requests (for example returning mail order purchases)

Start Date: As soon as possible but they are happy to wait for the right employee

Preferred days would be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 9am until 5pm (with flexible timings)

Salary £ 30-35,000gpa, depending on experience

First interviews will be held over Zoom, second interview would be with Head of Operations which will include a verbal and non verbal reasoning test, then final stage interviews will be held with the director. Benefits could include 22 days of annual leave entitlement plus Bank Holidays, additional day off for birthday, wellness days and a pension scheme.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
