Support and Empowerment Assistant

At UKCIL Ltd, we are seeking a reliable and supportive individual to join our team as an Evening/Weekend Personal Assistant. This role is designed to enhance the independence and lifestyle of a female adult in her twenties who requires support with language processing. The ideal candidate should be lively and encouraging, facilitating social interaction and engaging in various activities such as shopping, cinema trips, and socializing over drinks.
The successful candidate will provide support for independence, engage in social and leisure activities, and facilitate transportation. A full UK driving license and access to a personal car are essential requirements for this role. The working hours will be 8 hours per week, split across different days, at a rate of £14.30 per hour. Available time slots include morning, afternoon, and evening, from Tuesday to Sunday. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to make a positive impact on someone's life while gaining valuable experience.
We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £7,500 based on 8 hours of work per week.
