As a Graduate Scheme - Operations and Admin Assistant at We Make Footballers, you will embark on an exciting journey to support the day-to-day operations of our organization. Working closely with the management team, you will play a pivotal role in administrative tasks, operational functionality, and departmental development, providing a platform for wider career development opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting: Develop and implement standardised reporting templates, KPIs, and data collection processes for company-wide performance tracking. Collaborate with teams to refine processes and promote a data-driven decision-making culture.
- Driving KPIs and Performance: Take charge of driving the Head Office team's KPIs and performance through efficient administrative support and effective communication.
- Sales Administration Support: Aid the Sales Director by monitoring Franchise Applicants form submissions and booking meetings.
- Event Coordination and Partnership Delivery Support: Assist in planning and executing special events, tournaments, and coordinating logistics and delivery across the business.
- Financial Monitoring: Work closely with our Franchise Director to monitor the financial performance of the network, providing support for financial reporting, analysis, and invoice raising to drive network revenue and growth.
- Department Development: Lead in building out a new Administration department, establishing processes, workflows, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in administrative support roles.

- Proficiency in Google suite (Documents, Sheets, PPT) and familiarity with administrative software and databases.
- Passion for football and commitment to promoting youth development through sports.
