**Graduate Land Agent - Richmond - Up to £26,000**

**What you’ll be doing**
- Supporting the Director with completing valuing, pitching, and launching to the market as required
- Gathering relevant information and conducting the appropriate due diligence
- Arranging viewing appointments and gaining feedback in a timely manner
- Regular liaison with potential buyers and building effective relationships
- Obtaining local market information to assist with Market Appraisals
- Liaising with the Marketing Department and providing them with content for social media channels
- Maintaining farmland database for Farmland Market Reviews

**What you will have**
- Degree qualified in a relevant field and working towards your APC
- Keen interest in the rural, property, farm and estate agency sector would be beneficial
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
