Sugati is an innovative technology solution for tour operators and travel agents that sell tailor-made holidays and group (fixed departure) holidays.
**Job Descriptions / Things we expect you to own (some from Day 1 and others in-time)**
**Digital Channels**
- Content Writing
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels that Sugati is on.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI & KPIs)
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spending and performance based on the insights
- Producing Heatmap and understanding dropout pages on the website
- Carrying out competitor research to ensure we stay ahead of the competition
- Supporting the SEO through keyword usage and analysing results to create ongoing content strategies
**Events and Exhibition**
- Researching for the posible events to exhibit and take part in
- Orginise and delivering the events in the UK, Europe, Asia and the US
- Organising Webinars and Breakfast Seminars
- Organising and delivering Sugati's annual Customer Event
- Organising the staff parties
**Partnership**
- Researching Potential Partners (Payment / CNet Provider /Travel Associations/ AI and Data Provider etc)
**Project Management**
- Deliver a new Sugati's brand project including the new website.
**Data**
- Data management, updates, and analysis on Salesforce
- Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure campaigns achieve company goals

**Experience**
- Essential:_
- Excellent time management; strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Degree in Digital marketing or similar
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills
- A sense of humour
- No back stabbing
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate
**Salary**: £16,455.38-£40,000.00 per year
