**The role**

As a result of exciting business growth, AMICULUM’s Finance team is looking for a finance and office assistant to join their team in Richmond, London that is responsible for the financial management of AMICULUM’s global business. This varied role comprises aspects of both accounts payable and office administration. The role may be full time or part time, and is office based at least twice a week with a minimum of 25 hours per week.

**Key responsibilities**

Accounts payable
- Processing multi-currency, multi-entity purchase invoices, including confirmation of authorization, coding and posting using finance software
- Analysing and validating routine expenditure, including staff expenses and travel costs
- Opportunity to learn other aspects of accounts payable, including reconciling corporate credit cards, travel accounts and other ad hoc tasks to support fellow team members

Richmond office administration
- Initially to handle stationery orders, office access for new starters, liaison with reception for post and deliveries, and to act as the point of contact for Richmond office team members (approximately 40 individuals) who work in the office occasionally
- Opportunity to take on more responsibility over time for office management, aspects of health and safety, and communications

**What you’ll need**
- Strong numeracy and organizational skills, with a logical approach to tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering accurate work in line with agreed deadlines
- Understanding of general ledgers, including coding of AP invoices, fixed assets and intercompany recharges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence to liaise with the finance team and individuals across AMICULUM
- A desire to support and oversee the team in order to facilitate the smooth running of the office and assist team members who are connected and working from home
- Strong prioritization skills
