Whether it is performing within unique character experiences in CBeebies Land, engaging with the guests in live street theatre, presenting game shows at the hotels or performing at unique events, we are seeking experienced professionals to join our Entertainments Team

About the Role
- **Senior Receptionist**

To support the Assistant Front Office Managers in allaspects of the operation, and to ensure the overall smooth and efficient running of the Reception, Porters, Switchboard, Treehouse Hosts, Welcome Hosts and Admin. To control the shift operation and communicate effectively with all relevant departments and within Front Office. To take ownership of all employee’s on shift and always maintain an effective team environment with excellent customer service.

Qualification & Experience:
We are also looking for someone with excellent communication skills and is highly motivated
