Personal Assistant to Divisional Directors

**RSK Group's Global Division** is looking to recruit a **Personal Assistant** to work alongside the directors of our **Global division**. The division has 12 business units in 15 countries with over 850 staff across the world. The divisional directors are based in Cheshire in the UK and are looking to appoint a new PA to assist them in their wide-ranging role, both within the division but across the Group as a whole.
Working hours of Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. Occasional travel between RSK office sites may be required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing a quality PA service whilst complying with RSK's administrative systems and procedures.
- Diary management and act as the focal point for meeting requests etc
- Assisting in the preparation of relevant background papers and information, operational, board and other internal & external meetings
- Appropriately prioritise correspondence and effective response to all enquiries. Evaluation of incoming documentation for action, circulation, tracking and composition of replies, as required.
- Develop efficient systems of work to assist in authorisations within our time, project and expense management system
- Booking appointments and maintaining engagements diary, organising transport/car parking/accommodation, etc for regular travel in the UK and across Europe
- Dealing with and directing where necessary, urgent material in the absence of the Director.
**Person specification**:
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, including medium to advanced Excel knowledge
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex and rapidly changing workload to a professional standard
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous eye for detail, numerate and literate
- Ability to plan or schedule work and to respond to changing demands or requirements
- Previous PA experience.
- Educated to A' level standard or equivalent, i.e. Business and Administration Diploma qualification or experience - (Desirable)
