Due to continuous development and growth, we are now looking for additional team members to join our exceptional Customer Experience Team the foundation of the Sales Department
Youll be looking to join a Culture that is supportive and collaborative with a positive can do energy. Where youre all working together to achieve a common goal and asking for help, learning and owning mistakes is all part of healthy growth and development.
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will support customers and our Sales Executives in every step of the sales process from quoting to keying the orders to ensuring successful delivery and product satisfaction.
The role involves:
- Processing orders
- Handling customer queries
- Preparing and following up customer quotations
- Ongoing customer account support
- Contacting dormant customers
- Customer satisfaction follow up calls
- Keeping the CRM up-to-date
- Working to our processes and SLAs, improving and implementing new processes where required
**About You**
If you also have a great work ethic and a drive to learn and succeed and be the best you can be then youll have a head start Youll be task and target driven with a desire to achieve personal and company targets.
Were also looking for:
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Logical and proactive approach to problem solving
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised & efficient with good time management and ability to prioritise workload
- Grade C/4 or above in GCSE Maths and English
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential

**About Us**
ID Card Centre is a multi-award winning supplier of a complete range of identity and security related products including ID card printers, ID and access control cards, lanyards and printer ribbons. Youll be working with our customers from across a range of industries in the public and private sectors, predominantly education, health care, facilities management, and events.
The role is based at our brand new, purpose built offices in NN2, in walking distance of major bus routes and supermarkets.
