**About the Customer Service Advisor role**:
**What you can expect to be doing as our Customer Service Advisor**:

- Meeting your agreed individual performance targets and contributing positively to the achievement of team targets and the success of the Customer Hub and the service generally, providing cover and support for other team members as necessary or directed- Obtaining information on behalf of the customers from Asset Management, repairs and maintenance contractors and schedulers, to enable clear and comprehensive responses to be provided- Dealing with routine enquiries from leaseholders regarding maintenance

**Weekly hours**: Between Monday to Friday 07.50am - 8pm and Sat 09.00am - 1.00pm.

You'll need to be available to work rotating shifts that can fall anytime between this pattern.

**Part time shifts available**:

- 10am - 3pm (5hours)- 12pm - 5pm (5hours)- 1pm - 6pm (5 hours)
