We are an independent, family owned, letting and property management company. We have our own beautifully designed letting agency office occupying the ground floor of a Grade 2 listed terrace in central Eastbourne.

Our small team is dynamic and strives to offer the very best service to our customers and clients. Above all, we work in a friendly and happy environment working closely together to achieve a common goal.

We are looking for an organised and financially minded individual to join our small and friendly team in an Accounts Administration role.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Receive, allocate and pay Contractors invoices.
- Receive, allocate and manage Tenant’s rents.
- Accounting to and paying Landlords.
- Produce, send, and manage invoices.
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
- Assisting in preparing financial reports and statements

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as an accounts administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Letting industry and related financial processes would be an advantage.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
