We are looking for someone who is passionate about **KILLSTAR** and is ready to learn and grow in a team environment. In this role, you will create and coordinate visual and written content, aiding in weekly launches and helping the content team produce high-quality content. Based in our Brighton HQ, you will work as part of our Brand Marketing Team, being responsible for assisting with the development and execution of marketing and e-commerce strategies. We are looking for an excellent communicator who has an eye for detail and is excited about working alongside our E-commerce, Brand Marketing and Product Teams. **What You’ll Do**:

- Manage and maintain influencers and content quotas to obtain supporting content for all launches, promos, and brand moments.
- Corresponding with the influencers to ensure they understand the briefs and deliverables set whilst creating and maintaining strong relationships.
- Work towards influencer objectives and growing the current network of creators for KILLSTAR & all sub-brands.
- Maintain a database of content influencers, ensuring all creators align with the brand and KPI’s set.
- Grow the existing database of creators to meet the content KPI’s.
- Maintain the database of content assets including all imagery and video from the content quotas. Uploading, renaming, and distributing all imagery from editorial and other ad hoc content projects.
- Manage and process invoices adhering to set budgets, ensuring that all third parties are paid in a timely manner. Track paid quotas and product gifted spend for all content influencer activity.
- Report monthly to the Influencer and Content Lead highlighting any wins or learning, analysing the strongest creators, and making suggestions for new creators.
- Maintain relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective collaboration throughout all correspondence ensuring business goals are met.
- Any other ad hoc content duties.

**Your Experience Includes**:

- Experience working in e-commerce, preferably in product-related roles.
- A deep understanding of the digital and alternative fashion landscape, whether personal or professional.
- Executing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and managing resources to achieve milestones and deadlines.
- Working with Adobe Suite, preferably Photoshop.
- Conducting analysis of marketing content for social media platforms.

**Bonus If You**:

- Have achieved a degree in Marketing or a similar related field.
- Have experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and spreadsheets knowledge.
- Have an interest in the KILLSTAR Brand aesthetic, products and the alternative fashion landscape.

**Work Location and Hours**:
This role will be based at our Brighton HQ, United Kingdom. This role will be performed on a hybrid working arrangement, consisting of a minimum of 3 Days per week in the office, and 2 Days working from home.

This role is a full-time position of 37.5 hours, with hours worked between 08:00am - 06:00pm, Monday through to Friday.
