We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Company Secretary Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic and rapidly growing company secretarial recruitment team based in Brighton.
About the RoleThis role is ideal for someone who wants to gain experience in company secretarial recruitment and develop their skills in business development and administration.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, accompanied by a benefits package and commission scheme. Additionally, we offer professional development opportunities, hybrid working arrangements, early finish Fridays, target lunches, and Christmas time off.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Provide administrative support, including scheduling interviews and uploading CVs.
- Assist in business development, attracting new clients, and tracking vacancies.
- Contribute to the creation of video content.
- Manage social media content, analyse engagement, and compile performance data.
- Source and screen candidates, matching them to vacancies.
- Excellent organisation, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and social media proficiency.
