About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for curating and managing content, overseeing content uploads, and supporting Customer Success Managers with client issues. They will also be required to document and optimise best practices for service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Curate and manage content in line with client guidelines.
2. Oversee content uploads and taxonomy management to ensure accuracy.
3. Support Customer Success Managers with client issues and setup requests.
4. Document and optimise best practices for service improvement.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previously worked as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar role. Ideally, you will have 1 year of experience in content curation. You should also have a basic understanding of marketing concepts and be technically minded.
