Customer Service Manager Position

Our dynamic team is seeking a skilled Service Delivery Executive to join us in this 12-month fixed-term contract role with potential for a permanent position and career growth in Customer Success.
About the Role:
This full-time position offers excellent benefits, hybrid working (2 days office, 3 days remote), and a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum. You will report to the eCommerce Customer Success Director and collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to provide curation services for the eCommerce client base. Your responsibilities will include managing client content, ensuring it is accurate and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client content, including uploads and tagging, to ensure accuracy and readiness for use.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Delivery Executive, Marketing Executive, or similar role.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
