Customer Service Representative

**About The Role**
The GelBottle Inc. is a dynamic beauty company seeking a skilled Client Experience Specialist to join our team in Brighton. This hybrid position involves working 3 days a week at our HQ, with the remainder of the time spent working remotely.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and providing accurate information about our products and services.
We are looking for a passionate individual who is confident in their ability to build strong relationships with customers and promote our brand in a friendly and engaging manner. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting outbound sales calls to promote products and services
- Providing accurate product information and resolving customer complaints
- Reporting common issues and trends to enhance product offerings
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including hybrid working, 25 days holiday, and a healthcare cash plan.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in an omnichannel environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call centre environment
- Confident, articulate communication with clear diction and excellent written English
