Based in vibrant Brighton, we are a British jewellery brand that creates beautiful handmade & personalised meaningful designs. We believe in forever, not fast fashion and use recycled precious metals and ethically sourced gemstones.
Not only are we the biggest all-female jewellery workshop in the South where we handmake our designs, we also have two boutique stores in Brighton and London, a gorgeous website, silver ring making classes and pop up events - lots of scope to create engaging content
**About You.**
+2 years experience in social media /PR / content marketing.
Able to work as part of a team and on your initiative.
Have an in-depth understanding of all social platforms including TikTok & YouTube.
Able to produce innovative engagement tactics and content ideation.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Confident in liaising with 3rd parties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Content Creation**: Create, adapt and edit content to be platform-specific, ensuring engagement and adherence to our brand voice.
- **Community Engagement**: Interact with followers by managing replies and comments, fostering a lively and responsive brand community.
- **Influencer & Partnership Management**:Develop & manage an ongoing calendar of activity with influencers and brands that align with our brand values.
- **Content Planning & Delivery**: Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent content production and timely delivery.
- **UGC Initiatives**: Strategize and implement user-generated content campaigns to boost our community-driven brand presence.
- **Best Practices**: Conduct research to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- **Analyse performance**: Review content performance metrics to inform future content strategies.
