We are seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team in managing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
Social Media Management
- **Platform Management**: Maintain and manage social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
- **Posting Schedule**: Develop and adhere to a consistent posting schedule to keep the audience engaged.
- **Community Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly. Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing user-generated content.
- **Feedback Loop**: Gather feedback from social media interactions to inform improvements in customer experience and services.
- **Issue Resolution**: Handle negative feedback and crisis situations professionally to maintain a positive brand image.

Marketing Strategy
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor social media metrics, analyze the performance of posts and campaigns, and prepare regular reports to track growth and engagement.

Collaboration
- **Work with Influencers**: Identify and collaborate with local influencers and gaming personalities to expand reach and credibility.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Coordinate with other teams such as marketing, events, and customer service to align social media activities with broader business goals.

Trend Monitoring
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest trends in social media, gaming, and bar culture to ensure content is current and relevant.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Monitor competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities and threats.

By fulfilling these responsibilities, a Social Media Coordinator for a game bar can effectively attract and engage customers, enhance the bar's online presence, and contribute to its overall success.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in public relations or social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent written communication skills with a creative side
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools to track performance metrics
- Up to date with the latest trends in social media marketing and digital content creation
