About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with Customer Success Managers to provide curation services across our e-commerce customer base.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Curating and managing content in line with client guidelines.
2. Overseeing content uploads and taxonomy management to ensure accuracy.
3. Supporting Customer Success Managers with client issues and setup requests.
4. Documenting and optimising best practices for service improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previously worked as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar role. Ideally, you will have 1 year of experience in content curation. You should also have a basic understanding of marketing concepts and be technically minded.
