Shoot & Content Assistant

**What You’ll Do**:
- Work with the shoot team to ensure all content KPIs are met and the creative produced aligns with the brand whilst meeting standards set. Assisting on the production of shoots and on set for specific shoots.
- Maintaining all the samples for shoots, ensuring they are checked and ready ahead of shoots. Working closely with the product department to ensure the final content features all desired USPs and is suited to the intended audience.
- Prepare and pack samples for photoshoots and creators, ensuring they are shipped on time to meet associated deadlines.
- Assist the shoot team with production of photoshoots, working with third parties in a professional manner, and ensuring the desired vision is achieved.
- Assist with model casting and booking, booking any travel for third parties, booking venues for shoots, etc. Keep track of budget spent on these and report spend to shoot team.
- Keep the studio and sample areas clean and functional. Be responsible for the organisation of these areas.
- Any additional tasks/projects as required that fall within the remit of the Content Team.

**Your Experience Includes**:
- Working on set directly supporting a Creative Director or Content Manager.
- A comprehensive understanding of the digital & alternative fashion landscape, whether personal or professional.
- Executing multiple projects at once, balancing priorities and managing resources to get things done.
**Bonus If You**:
- Have been involved with developing content for a leading media, agency, or retail brand.
- Have experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and spreadsheets knowledge.
- Have an interest in the **KILLSTAR** Brand aesthetic, products and the alternative fashion landscape.
**Work Location and Hours**:
This role will be based at our Brighton HQ, United Kingdom. This role will be performed on a hybrid working arrangement, consisting of a minimum of 3 Days per week in the office, and 2 Days working from home.
This role is a full-time position of 37.5 hours, with hours worked between 08:00am - 06:00pm, Monday through to Friday.
