We are looking for a fantastic Creative Production Admin Assistant to support our Creative team

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Creative Production team, assisting the Creative Assistant Producer and Lead Creative Producer by keeping everything organised and moving forward

**What you'll be doing...**
- Liaise with product team to ensure all samples are received for photoshoots
- Manage sample room, organising and returning samples to the warehouse
- Managing core sample styling rails, and making sure they’re fully stocked in full size range
- Maintenance of bought styling, i.e. washing, steaming
- Pack and unpack all product for photoshoots
- Transport product and samples to and from studios/locations
- Own flat-lay imagery, make sure all accessories have product shots and any special requests
- General admin, receipt management, booking travel/accommodation
- General budget management, adding in any incurred costs, working closely with the Creative Assistant Producer to ensure budgets are all up to date
- Acting as a runner on shoot days, supporting the team with any additional help they might need i.e. organising lunches, coffee orders, model travel etc.

- Confident in proposing solutions or improvements to ways of working
- General admin and budget management experience
- Must have a full drivers licence

**The fine print**
- Salary based on experience (£23 - £25,000 per annum)
- Full time - 30 hours per week
- Based in the Brighton Office
