**Employee Benefits Administrator**:
**Brighton | Permanent | £23,000 - £26,000**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently **gain **quotations from the UK's leading group risk/health insurers, ensuring competitive options for clients.
- Precisely **compile **client-facing reports that summarise thorough market research and analysis.
- Proactively **liaise **with insurers to secure underwriting decisions on behalf of the consultancy team.
- Skillfully **draft **suitability letters that clearly communicate recommendations to clients.
- Assiduously **support **the consultancy team and clients through the renewals of schemes, ensuring continuous coverage.
- Meticulously **migrate **client file information for external compliance checks, maintaining the highest levels of data integrity.
- Diligently **assist **in general administration and respond promptly to ad hoc client queries with professionalism and care.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrate **high levels of accuracy and attention to detail **, as meticulous data entry will be a frequent task.
- Bring at least **one year of experience **as an administrator within financial services to the table.
- Previous experience with health and protection insurance is a **bonus **, although not mandatory.
