Our client is looking for an Admin Support apprentice offering an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in while contributing to a dynamic and thriving company.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing office tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organisation.
- Collaborate with different departments to facilitate effective cross-functional communication.
- Participate in team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support with maintaining office supplies and inventory management.
- Assist in creating and updating records and databases.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.

**Desired Skills/Attributes**
- A strong desire to learn and grow within a business administration role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, willing to take on new challenges.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach to work.
- Open to pursuing an apprenticeship program.

**Desired qualifications**
- GCSE or equivalent English & Math grade 4 (C) or above

**Prospects**
- Potential opportunity to go into a permanent based role once you have completed your apprenticeship.

**Job Title: Admin Support Apprentice**

**Apprenticeship: Business Admin Level 3**

**Contract: 18mths fixed term**

**Location: Brighton**

**Salary: £15,000 - £16,000 per annum**

**Full Time: Monday - Friday, (32.5hrs per week)**
