We are delighted to be collaborating with a renowned training provider, specialising in apprenticeships and professional development for educators. The client operates across the UK and is currently seeking a qualified Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor based in the South Coast region.

This role will involve working from a home office with occasional visits to local EY settings within a reasonable commuting distance. You will be responsible for coaching apprentices pursuing their Level 2, Level 3, or Level 5 Early Years Apprenticeships in Early Years.

While experience of working within a further education environment is desirable, exceptional candidates holding the occupational competence of Level 5 Early Years (Leadership) are encouraged to apply.

About the Position:

You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training, mentorship, and support to apprentices in the Early Years Education sector. Your expertise and experiences from working within the sector will enable you to share valuable knowledge with your learners, helping them achieve their apprenticeship objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and Mentor: Deliver tailored training sessions, including functional skills, to meet awarding body standards.
  • Support Apprentices: Create individualised action plans for apprentices.
  • Workplace Training: Conduct workplace training covering Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours.
  • Collaborative Working: Collaborate with FS specialists to ensure successful completion of English and Maths training.
  • Provide Guidance: Offer tutorial support on Prevent, British Values, Personal Development, Behaviour, Welfare, Safeguarding, and additional learning needs.
  • Webinar Hosting: Host remote webinars for apprentices.
  • Develop Training Content: Train on British Values, Prevent, mental health, well-being, career guidance, and safety topics.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and record Additional Learning Support (ALS).
  • Reporting: Contribute to self-assessment monitoring by supplying data on programs and learners.
Requirements:

This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality training and supporting individuals in achieving their goals.

Compensation:

The compensation package for this role includes a salary range of £26,500 - £36,500 per annum, depending on experience.
