We are currently seeking an experienced Education Professional to join our team as an Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coach. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a real impact on the next generation of early years professionals.

About the Role:

As an Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coach, you will be responsible for delivering training and coaching sessions to apprentices, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their careers. You will also be involved in creating engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to apprentices
  • Provide individualized coaching and mentoring support to apprentices
  • Collaborate with other trainers to ensure consistency and quality across all training programs
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in education and training, preferably in early years or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • The ability to create engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A salary range of £29,400 - £33,600 per annum
  • An annual performance-based bonus of £2,000 (subject to qualifying period)
