We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

As part of the IT Assurance & Risk team within the IT department you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of an agreed set of assurance services. The team are responsible for providing assurance across all IT projects. You’ll be responsible for the effective co-ordination of activities across the IT Assurance processes.

Your contractual location will be Heelis, however there will be an opportunity to explore and agree hybrid working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust.

What you'll be doing:Rather than working directly on a single project you’ll provide co-ordination of assurance activities across all IT related projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our assurance data is accurate and up to date at all times. You’ll be responsible for administration on the system that we use to for project time recording. In addition to this, you will help support the team to stay organised by ensuring stakeholder meetings are appropriately arranged as required.
