Are you a skilled multi-tasker with a passion for helping get things done? We’re looking for a supportive Business Services Co-ordinator who can help our Legal team move forwards their ambitious deeds scanning project.

What it's like to work here:Our Legal & Governance directorate is based in our head office, Heelis in Swindon. It provides high quality, professional and responsive legal and governance support services to colleagues across the Trust.

As this role is hands on, your contractual location will be our Head Office in Swindon, and you’ll need to work in the office on a daily basis.

What you'll be doing:This is an exciting time in the Legal Team, we are embarking on an ambitious project to digitise all the documents held within the team. This project will see us future proofing our records for the future in a way that will create efficiencies as well as improve our records management and ensure that the documents are protected for future use. The documents held by our Legal Team are varied, and large in volume so we’re looking for someone who is skilled at working with confidential records on a large volume.

The role will entail preparing the documents for scanning by our external partner, ensuring they are recorded on our in-house system correctly, and then checked back into the storage after they have been scanned. The role will work alongside our Legal Support Team and volunteers to ensure the documents are readied on a timely basis to suit our project timeline.

The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you may be called upon to support in other ways too. Working with others in the Support Team and with the lawyers, you’ll be happy to turn your hand to whatever tasks are needed to get the job done. You’ll be confident around filing systems, legal documents and willing to be an active, passionate part of our team.

- Relevant experience in a Business Support environment
- Experience of working within records management or file management systems
- A team player
- Flexible and customer -focussed with strong customer service skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritise own workload
- Well organised and attention to detail
- IT Literate
