You'll work closely with the Salesforce IT Delivery Lead and Head of IT Delivery to create and maintain effective reporting; highlighting the team’s progress, performance metrics which track the performance of our operational systems and calling out key risks and issues to enable our senior stakeholders to take vital evidence-based decisions.

You'll take responsibility to maintain and update our key administrative and operational tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, MS Office apps, and our internal incident management system (ServiceNow) so that the team can continue to work efficiently with the most up-to-date information. You'll promote and be an ambassador for the team using your strong people and communications skills as you liaise with a diverse set of stakeholders - including senior leaders - routinely converting your technical knowledge of the platform into simple and easily digestible terms.
