Our Onboarding Team is responsible for ensuring new members of staff can start working with us as soon as possible. It is also our responsibility to ensure everyone receives a first-class experience and feels valued and informed every step of the way.

Our responsibility begins once the offer of employment has been accepted, from here we take responsibility for gathering pre-employment checks including references and right to work documentation and co-ordinate security clearance and any other required documentation.

We are looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to join the team on a 12 month fixed term basis to support on delivering one of our major programmes. You will Co-ordinate the Machinery of Government (MoG) changes, which will include attending meetings and liaising with relevant departments. You will also support the production of root cause analysis reports.

Working closely with the Onboarding Performance Leader and transactional teams to ensure consistency in knowledge and approach, you will facilitate and participate in the cross skilling within the Onboarding team.

This role may suit someone already working in a similar environment but wanting to expand their knowledge and depth of skills or maybe you are someone working in a target driven customer service or recruitment type role looking for your next career step.
Either way if you can demonstrate the following skills and experience, we would love to hear from you:

- Experience of delivering a high level of proactive customer service.
- Previous experience of working with KPIs/targets and achieving them.
- Ability to influence when necessary to achieve the end goal.
- Be able to demonstrate proactive working and previous experience of implementing service improvements.

In return for your skills and experience, we can offer you flexible and remote working options for a 37hr week (full time) with start and finish times between 8am - 6pm, or part time hours to suit. Our team usually work from home and come into the office once or twice a week, but we are flexible on this too. If it helps, there is even flexibility on which office you base yourself from - Swindon, Newport, or Billingham.
