**HR Process Analyst**

Our client is looking for a HR Process Analyst to join them on contract basis.

You will provide management, overview, escalation support, issue analysis and performance tracking for processes and vendors that enable HR operational activities within a service management environment.

**Accountabilities**
- Interact with external service providers to investigate issues and ensure the efficiency of HR operations.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities including identification of gaps, design of new process steps, and subsequent form revisions.
- Support in-house programs, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Research, analyze, and respond to service issues arising from HR operational processes and escalations from service providers.

**Knowledge, Experience & Capabilities**
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Workday experience preferred.
- Outsourced service delivery and improvement experience preferred.
- Experience working with external service providers.
- Ability to support the management of services provided by multiple service providers, onshore and off-shore
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Must understand and model the importance of strict confidentiality in the HR function.
