**Description**

Job purpose

Working within the HR Systems & Data Team this role provides day to day support for HR systems maintenance, reporting, improvement activities, and new system implementation.

Helping the team provide up to date, credible, and accurate information to the business across a variety of metrics. Delivering excellence to our internal and external stakeholders this role is also key in maintaining our legislative responsibilities in the handling and management of data and information.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring data is maintained and managed within our HR systems on an ongoing basis.
- Support HR Operations team members to ensure organisation changes are updated into the system.
- Supporting an annual calendar of activity to ensure ‘on time, in full’ timelines are achieved i.e. end of year processes, reward cycles.
- Supporting the Recruitment team with systems activities including employee data accuracy and systems interface effectiveness.
- Creation and circulation of agreed business reports, with a focus on accuracy and clarity. Involvement in improvement activities including reporting methodologies and digitalisation.
- Actively support wider systems implementation or improvement projects with a focus on collaboration and data accuracy.
- Taking ownership for liaising with HR Services team members on error reporting for error reduction and data quality, supporting the development of the team.
- Create systems user guides, tutorials, and maintain the central knowledge bank for up-to-date information.
- First line management of queries received within the team, ensuring the right resource is utilised to support timely resolution and a positive employee experience
- Take ownership of personal development with a view to being able to cover for HR Systems & Data Analyst when needed.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external suppliers to maintain an effective service and problem resolution.

Key Skills and Experience
- Ability to work independently to deliver against personal and team objectives with great care, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Experience of similar role
- Experience of working with HR Systems (Desirable)
- Experience of managing both systems improvement activities alongside day to day requirements

Professional Qualifications and Education
- Relevant qualification/certification (Desirable)
- GDPR trained and evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Visio, Power BI, and NetSuite (or similar HRIS). Evidence of CPD.
