**HR Administrator - Flexible working arrangement between home working and office**

We are looking for a strong flexible committed HR Administrator to come in and support our UK wider business. This is a great opportunity to make the role your own whilst receiving continuous support from the UK & I HR team.

You will need to be in our Bracknell office 2 days a week, the rest fully remote with occasional travel to our central London office.

**What will you be responsible for**:

- Owning the onboarding of new hires in a timely and organised manner - Including Compliance, pre-employment checks contract generation and HR Induction
- Supporting our UK Business Units as the first point of contact for day to day people matters
- Supporting with drafting employee relations letters/correspondence and documents
- Supporting/attending with consultation meetings, short term absence meeting, probation reviews and disciplinary and grievance investigations as a note taker
- Dealing with front line manager people queries.
- Owning end to end administration such as references, supporting with the probation process, update HRIS spreadsheet/reports etc.
- Working with payroll team on people related changes in salaries, new starters, and leavers etc
- Work in partnership with the wider HealthHero People Team to rollout key HR initiatives, processes, and policies
- Maintaining HR records and HR system, HR reporting (including providing data to Group People team)
- Updating and maintaining company org charts
- Support with Benefits Administration as required

**Requirements**:
Experience in HR Administration is Essential

Experience in a similar role - Onboarding and Compliance of new starters

Ideally experience working in a Call Centre environment (desirable)

Resilient and confident in advising & negotiating managers

Basic understanding of the Employee relation processes

Flexible approach to working demands and priorities

Great relationship building skills

Delivery focused, “can do” approach

Able to remain calm under pressure

Experience working in a high-paced environment
