**Interim HRIS Analyst - Success Factors**
**Duration**:Three months duration initially
**Day rate**:Flexible

Reed HR are currently partnering with a global organisation as they seek an experienced HRIS Analyst with significant experience of working with SuccessFactors, to partner with the business through a busy period.

As the Interim HRIS Analyst, you will report to the HR Operational Excellence Manager and will drive continuous improvements within Success Factors with a people focus. You'll be involved in interesting and varied HR projects, working through a period ofsignificant change.
- Supporting the HR Shared Service Team with issues that have been raised, troubleshooting
- Assessing continuous improvement requests for feasibility
- Managing small and large projects
- Streamlining the onboarding process via Success Factors
- Developing and interpreting dashboard information, ensuring SLA's are being met, providing analysis and commentary where necessary
- Liaising with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including HR Operations, HR Directors, Area HR Managers, Consultants and IT

To be considered you will need to have extensive experience with SAP Success Factors, process mapping, and the understanding of the context within a people-related function. HR experience is desirable, along with an analytical mindset. Other backgroundswill be considered.

My client will consider a day rate for this and the position can be worked completely remotely with no need to attend offices.
